The pre-requisite of the Probational Range officer (live)

成为见习实弹RO的前提

• Insights:

• Due to local restrictions on live ammunition ，it is acceptable to use airsoft gun for the training of Range Officer., but it does not mean the participants are approved range officer by BB training.

• Live fire training is still required to be the Rangeofficer.

· 由于当地对实弹枪支的限制，RO可以在训练中使用Airsoft，但它并不意味着通过Airsoft/BB培训即可获得RO身份。

· RO仍然需要实弹射击训练。

• Experience :

• The RO must have passed the basic training by the 3★GUN NATION International competitive shooting competition (China region).

• Requires experience of running 5 shooting matches RO of Airsoft 3-Gun in 12 months. Each shooting match has at least 20 shooters.

· 见习实弹RO经验与阅历要求：

· RO必须通过3★GUN NATION 国际竞技射击的赛事（中国地区）的基础训练。

· 要求RO在12个月内参加5场 3GN Airsoft赛事（每场比赛参赛选手不得少于20名射手）

• Course requirements :

• The RO needs to be able to run the stage by his/herown.

• The RO needs to be able to lead the officials of the stage, including the scorers and the assisted RO. The RO needs to be to manage the 3 types of weapons : handgun , rifles, shotgun in each stage.

The RO needs to be able to present the course of fire in a clear manner.

• The RO needs to be able to be fair and consistent of the rules and regulation of the stage for all shooters.

• The RO needs to be able to aware of the shooters’ psychology status and at the safe manner to run the course.

• The RO needs to be able to handle the complaints of shooters and explain clearly the situation. The RO needs to be able to monitor the audience to have proper safety protection.

· 见习实弹RO的课程要求：

· RO 需要能够独立完成射击场景。

· RO需要能够领导和协调裁判、记分员和辅助RO的工作。

· RO需要在每个射击场景里管理3种武器：手枪、步枪和霰弹枪。

· RO需要对所有射手保持公平和适用一致的竞赛规则。

· RO需要了解射手的心理状态，以安全的方式完成比赛。

· RO需要能够处理射手的投诉，并清楚地解释情况。

· RO要能够监控观众，以采取适当的安全保护措施。

• Type of firearms :

• The RO needs to be able to handle the malfunction of handgun , rifles, shotgun.

• The RO needs to be able to understand the operation of handgun , rifles,shotgun.

· 见习实弹RO所要了解的枪械种类（这里指的是实弹）

· RO需要能够处理手枪、步枪、霰弹枪的故障。

· RO需要能够理解手枪、步枪、霰弹枪的操作。

• After complete the above pre-requisite, the probational RO needs to have a live practise of live round firearms course.

• The probational RO must assist to run the whole match which includes 3 types of firearms. The probational RO must pass the live and paper test to be the qualified RO.

• The qualified RO must participate at least 2 live-round shooting matches in 12 months to maintain the RO qualification for renewal for next 2 years.

· 在完成以上的先决条件后，见习实弹RO需要进行一次实弹射击课程的练习。见习实弹RO必须全程协助完成比赛，比赛包括3种器械（手枪、步枪、霰弹枪）。

· 见习实弹RO必须通过现场及试卷考试，方可成为合格的实弹RO。

· 合格的实弹RO必须在12个月内参加至少2场实弹射击比赛，以维持其在未来2年内的资格。
